FAQ

1. How to register?
Please click „Register” and fill the form with contact details and other info about you. Then click „Register” to finish. To complete the process and be able to order, activate your account by clicking the link sent to your e-mail address.
2. What if I have forgotten my password?
Please click „Forgot your password?” and enter the e-mail address which you used to register. Your new passport will await you in the inbox.
3. Can I withdraw my order?
The order is carried out right after it's been placed, so it is impossible to withdraw it. However, if you act fast enough and write an e-mail, we will be able to stop the delivery if the package has not been sent out yet.
4. Can I check the status of my order?
The order's status is visible in your order history. Yet, our customers receive autmatically generated e-mails informing them about the order's status. In the last e-mail the customer is given the package number to track the package.
5. What are the payment methods?
You can pay with bank transfer (online) or credit card or choose COD.
6.What should I do if my order is being delayed?

7.Can I pick up my order personally?
Yes, there is such a possibility, however remember to contact the seller first.
8. Can I return the product(s)?
Ordered good can be returned according to T&C. You can return ordered goods within 10 days counting from the day you received the package.
9. How long does it take to be reimbursed?
Money is returned within 14 days counting from the day the Seller received the returned product(s).
10. Can I change or complete my personal info, which I gave when registering?
You can change your contact details after you log in. Click „My account” and „Profile edition”.
11. Can I order something as a present?
We do not provide gift wrapping or boxes. However, if you pay online, the person to receive the gift would not need to pay and we can send the package to that person's address.
12. Is there a possibility to exchange the ordered good(s) without paying first?
No, sorry there isn't.
13. Can I order something and get it sent abroad?
Of course, just enter the delivery address in comments when you order.
14. How do I get the money reimbursed?
In case of COD, the customer has to give us their account number. In case of online payment, we reimburse the sum to the account from which we received the money from the customer.
15. How much do I pay for the delivery?
Delivery charges are dependable on the payment method. You can check the calculation methods in „Delivery”.
